CalColor Academy
We create a safe environment where children are encouraged to playfully explore and experiment with media, engage in creative problem solving and learn to take creative risks.We are dedicated to assisting in the development of a child’s appreciation of beauty and sensitivity to form, line, value, shape, color, texture, rhythm and movement.In each class, children are exposed to the ways artists throughout history have employed formal principles of picture making and technique in order to translate their deepest feelings and thoughts into a visual statement.Class discussion centering on the analysis, interpretation and critique of art work is an integral part of every class. We encourage children to learn to articulate their thoughts and feelings about what they observe and what they create. We spark discussion by asking the right questions and supply children with the vocabulary they need to talk about art.

Sports Camps
Sports Camp is built on the philosophy that all children should have a phenomenal camp experience regardless of their gender, age or athletic ability. Sports Camp focuses on building character and emphasizes playing with pride, playing with honor and playing for fun. Our goal is to ensure that each camper has an unforgettable experience participating in various sports, games and activities in a safe environment. When a camper leaves, he or she will possess an enhanced value of sportsmanship, character and self-confidence.

Music
Education and Recreation
Kids, make great music and great friends at music camps! Music summer camp offers youth the chance to play with other musicians and have fun together. Activities alternate between chamber group, ensemble, theory and musicianship classes. Students will be grouped in ensembles by instrument and level. Campers will also participate in activities designed to develop general musicianship skills, such as playing percussion instruments, singing, and rhythmic movement.
